Back in July, I wrote a post for Ignatian Spirituality on a practice I called “Advanced Gratitude”. Once it published in early August, I re-read it and figured I should actually do what I wrote I would do in that post. I wrote that I would actually practice “Advanced Gratitude” on a daily basis, and so… I did.

Every week day (and some weekend days) since August, I have practiced “Advanced Gratitude” on my way into work. And today, I am back over at IgnatianSpirituality.com reporting on the graces received from a full semester of that prayer practice.
They have been numerous and surprising to say the least.
Now, I’m ready to take this practice of “Advanced Gratitude” a step further.
Read more here and then consider joining me in this practice this Advent Season.
