Another one of my hats is as an educator. I was sitting in my office last Friday after the halls were finally quiet, and I thought a lot about how I had shown up or not shown up for students or fellow colleagues during the week. I asked myself some questions, and I thought those questions would be useful to any educator out there who is open to growth in their ministry.
